Release a machineyou no longer have.

An Arc license can run on two machines at a time (this is meant as a convenience for machine transitions). If a machine is no longer in use, you can free up its place from here. Enter your license key or the email address you bought with, and we will send a release link to the purchase email on file.

Request received

If that matches a purchase,a link has been sent.

It went to the email address used to purchase Arc Search. Check that inbox, including spam. The link works once and shows the machines on the license to release. The link expires after 60 minutes.

Nothing arrived, or you no longer have that inbox? Email licenses at arcantus.io from any address with your purchase information and we will release the machine for you.

Not sent

We could not reachthe licensing server.

The request did not complete, so no link was sent. Try again in a moment. If it keeps failing, email licenses at arcantus.io and we will release the machine for you.
